If you feel that counselling may be useful for you, please contact me by phone or email. We can then arrange to talk through a 30 minute assessment to see if I can provide the help and support that you need. This can be done face to face at my office, by telephone or by Skype. The assessment is free.
During the assessment, we will discuss what has brought you to counselling, whether I am the right person to help, and if appropriate, set some therapeutic goals. If you decide that we can work together, then we will decide the best time and day to meet with a view to providing weekly sessions for a contracted amount of weeks.
If mobility is a problem for you, then I am able to provide home visits. I worked as a domiciliary care worker for 5 years, so I am familiar with working confidentially in other peoples’ homes. The assessment and contracting will be the same, only I will come to you, instead of you coming to me.
Sessions are available from Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. I am flexible about times as I am aware that often sessions need to be outside of office hours. I can do mornings from 9:00am and as late as 7:00pm. I am also available over Skype, FaceTime and telephone.
My fees are:
The assessment is free.
Individual counselling – Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £40 per session. Concessions are available so please feel free to ask.

Home visits – £45.00 per 50 minute session.
